Change in appointment time earlier than 24 hours is free.

Cancellation earlier than 24 hours of an appointment will be refunded*. (20% processing charges** will be applicable).

Appointment cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded.

* All refunds will be made through Easypaisa/Jazzcash. 

** Processing charges will be deducted from fee.
